Description

Lead implementation and configuration of Nautilus ECM systems to meet client operational requirements.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business goals to define project scope, business requirements, and gap analyses.
• Configure Nautilus ECM and workflow processing based on specific client environment needs.
• Develop client-facing documentation, including test plans, test scripts, and training materials.
• Partner with Project Managers to track milestones, update task progress, and ensure on-time go-lives.
• Identify opportunities for professional services, add-on modules, or new service commercialization.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in product ownership or functional consulting.
• Expertise in Nautilus ECM configuration and workflow processing.
• Proficiency in defining Project Scope and Business Requirements.
• Experience conducting Gap Analysis within an operations environment.
• Ability to create and execute Test Plans and Test Scripts.
• Experience delivering technical training and working session materials.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and guide process changes.

Preferred Skills

• ANY GRADUATE education level.
• 3-year tenure stability in previous roles.
