Description

You will architect, troubleshoot, and manage endpoint systems and software for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Engineer, test, and deploy client images for Windows workstations, VDI, and macOS environments.
• Manage and evolve enterprise client management systems including Intune, SCCM, and JAMF.
• Design, build, and troubleshoot virtual desktops on VMware Horizon.
• Install and administer security updates and patches for all endpoints.
• Develop and maintain technical process documentation and troubleshooting guides.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in endpoint management and enterprise client deployment.
• Deep knowledge of SCCM, JAMF, and Intune.
• Experience with software delivery, application packaging, and patch management.
• Proficiency with Windows Deployment Services, computer imaging, and task sequences.
• Hands-on experience with VMware Horizon VDI.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10, Windows Server, and Active Directory.
• Working knowledge of Group Policy, PowerShell, and Windows administration tools.
• Foundational networking knowledge including DNS, DHCP, and general troubleshooting.
• Experience with MS SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
