Description

You will provide business and systems analysis, modeling, design, and programming for Enterprise Program Integrity reports development and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain data extracts, ETL batch jobs, and reports for the NC FAST Case Management System using Cúram Software and Oracle.
• Analyze reporting requirements and develop complex queries against large tables containing CLOBS/XML.
• Design, code, test, debug, and document data interfaces and reporting solutions.
• Develop diagnostic and tracking data via reports and dashboards to analyze operational issues.
• Provide 24x7 on-call support as part of a rotation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with PL/SQL scripting and relational database modeling.
• 5+ years of experience with structured system development methodologies.
• 5+ years of experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Business Objects or BIRT.
• 5+ years of experience with Agile development (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe).
• Proficiency with Oracle and Oracle Utilities.
• Experience with ETL tools and SQL scripting.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and follow complex technical procedures.
• Strong ability to identify options independently and respond to customer needs.

Preferred Skills

• 2+ years of Data Warehouse experience.
• 2+ years of experience developing dashboards with Power BI and Azure Synapse.
• Familiarity with Amazon RedShift, Tableau, and Dell Boomi.
