Description

Lead the design and development of a web-based data entry portal, owning the architecture and development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Draft requirements documentation by analyzing current data organization and storage methods.
• Provide technical guidance for selecting the best-fit business platform and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
• Establish design standards and expectations for technical and user documentation.
• Interface with IT teams to validate proposed platforms against internal standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in MS SQL Server development and architecture, including expert-level knowledge of MS SQL Server 2008 and above.
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft SharePoint.
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Reporting Services.
• 5+ years of experience developing stored procedures, functions, packages, triggers, and views in MS SQL Server.
• Proficiency in SQL query development and SQL Server Administration.
• 3+ years of experience drafting requirements for web-based data entry portals.
• 3+ years of experience in application development and architecture.
• 3+ years of experience establishing design standards and user documentation.
• Experience with ESRI GIS.

Preferred Skills

• Foundational knowledge of SQL commands and database concepts.
