Description

You will lead business case development, process improvement, and requirements analysis for software solution projects.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Identify stakeholders and document data flows and current/future state process flows.
• Gather, validate, and maintain business, functional, and technical requirements for software procurement and development.
• Translate business needs into agile themes, product backlogs, epics, user stories, or detailed business requirement documents.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) by developing test scenarios and test cases.
• Develop procurement documents including RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs, and support vendor proposal evaluations.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in gathering business requirements, developing business rules, and process flow design.
• 7+ years of experience with business process design, definition, and re-design.
• 7+ years of experience with SDLC and Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid development frameworks.
• 7+ years of experience creating Context, Data Flow, and Functional Decomposition Diagrams.
• 5+ years of experience planning and coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint.
• Working knowledge of Jira, Micro Focus Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), and Quality Center (QC).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and written/verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working for State government or in Healthcare/Medicaid environments.
• Experience using Microsoft Project.
