Description

You will lead business case development, process improvement, and requirements analysis for new software solutions. You own the translation of business needs into actionable agile artifacts and support full-cycle implementation.

Responsibilities

• Identify stakeholders and document data flows, current state, and future state process maps.
• Gather and maintain business, functional, and technical requirements for market analysis and software procurement.
• Translate business needs into agile themes, product backlogs, epics, user stories, and detailed requirement documents.
• Develop RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs, and support vendor proposal evaluation.
• Plan and conduct user acceptance testing, including developing test scenarios and cases.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in gathering business requirements and developing business rules.
• 7+ years of experience with business process design, definition, and re-design.
• 7+ years of experience with software development lifecycles and Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid frameworks.
• 7+ years of experience creating Context, Data Flow, and Functional Decomposition Diagrams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint.
• 5+ years of experience planning and coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT).
• 5+ years of experience facilitating small to large meetings.
• Working knowledge of Jira, Micro Focus Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), and Quality Center (QC).

Preferred Skills

• Experience working for State government.
• Healthcare or Medicaid related experience.
• Experience using Microsoft Project.
