Description

You will lead the implementation of complex IT projects involving multiple divisions and external entities.

Responsibilities

• Build and obtain approval for business cases through stakeholder analysis, cost/benefit analysis, and schedule estimates.
• Manage medium to large-scale projects of high complexity, controlling risks, costs, and schedules.
• Direct project teams and vendor activities, ensuring deliverables meet requirements and project scope.
• Develop all project artifacts following PMI PMBOK and state methodologies, including budgets and status reports.
• Support procurement efforts by developing RFPs, Statements of Work, and RFQs for contract negotiations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT Project Management experience.
• Proven experience implementing Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or ServiceNow.
• Expertise in managing project dependencies across multiple workstreams and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project Server and SharePoint.
• Experience with budget monitoring and expenditure tracking.
• Strong negotiation, facilitation, and change management skills.
• Ability to manage aggressive and competing timelines.
• Demonstrated ability to work with senior-level executives and vendor teams.

Preferred Skills

• Project management experience within a healthcare or state government setting.
