Description

You will own the 24/7 monitoring and incident response for the AT&T Esinet from a central Network Operations Center (NOC).

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the AT&T Esinet to ensure continuous operation and identify network issues.
• Troubleshoot problems and coordinate resolutions with site technicians and customers.
• Manage multiple support cases simultaneously while maintaining current SLAs.
• Maintain organized technical documentation and provide clear status updates.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Information Technology or Computer Science.
• Hands-on experience with Juniper, VMWare, Microsoft, or Cisco vendor products.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts, operating systems, firewalls, and switches.
• Knowledge of network cabling, classification, and topology.
• Proficiency in managing anti-virus and backup systems.
• Strong technical writing skills for accurate documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience working within a NOC environment.
• Experience with VOIP technologies.
