Description

Technical specialist for HRSD/Workplace Service Delivery, focusing on service providers and platform strategy.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and validate business requirements to translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Define detailed stories, epics, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with product owners using Agile and Scrum.
• Author and peer review functional, technical, training, and roadmap documentation.
• Facilitate technical discussions to anticipate, mitigate, and resolve risks within the IT environment.
• Support system go-live activities including conversion, support desk, site support, and training delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience with proven ServiceNow implementation in an enterprise organization.
• 3+ years working with web applications, networks, protocols, and email (SMTP, POP3).
• 3+ years of experience with ITIL v3 methodologies.
• 3+ years understanding enterprise IT architecture.
• Experience with eDirectory and OpenLDAP.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and design solutions for complex business processes.
• Strong technical writing skills for manuals, procedures, and system documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience performing PMO activities such as maintaining issue logs, status reporting, and service metric reporting.
