Description

You will provide onsite desktop support and technical expertise to manage high volumes of service desk requests, hardware installations, and software support.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and prioritize IT incident and problem service desk tickets based on business impact.
• Install, image, and configure new computers, business applications, and network peripherals.
• Manage user data and profile migrations during hardware replacement cycles.
• Collaborate with Data Center Operations for account management in AD, email, NCID, and Citrix.
• Lead technical projects and maintain detailed process documentation for operational standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support or desktop engineering.
• Expertise in Service Desk operations and incident management.
• Proven experience migrating user data and profiles.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, peripherals, and networking protocols.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, email administration, NCID, and Citrix.
• Ability to provide detailed technical documentation for Service Level Agreements.
• Experience troubleshooting application-level and network-level issues.
• Ability to work onsite at the Transportation Highway Building in Raleigh, NC.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with NCID and Citrix environments.
