Description

Own the analysis, design, and implementation of lending platform capabilities within the nCino and Salesforce ecosystem.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and functional requirements through stakeholder workshops and solution design sessions.
• Develop process flows, business process maps, user stories, acceptance criteria, and impact assessments.
• Lead data mapping, data analysis, and system integration activities across multiple applications.
• Validate data using SQL and support ETL-related initiatives to ensure data integrity.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, defect management, and post-deployment support.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting enterprise applications and business transformation.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with nCino and Salesforce platforms.
• Strong understanding of commercial and/or consumer lending operations.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and validation activities.
• Experience with requirements gathering, business process analysis, and workflow documentation.
• Hands-on experience with data mapping, systems integration, and ETL processes.
• Experience leading or supporting UAT, regression testing, and release management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Finance, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience working within Agile project environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting nCino implementations, upgrades, or enhancement projects.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
• Experience with integration platforms such as MuleSoft or Informatica.
