Description

Own the development, deployment, and architectural design of nCino and Salesforce solutions for commercial lending workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain nCino functionality including UI, product hierarchy, collateral, credit UW, Docman, SmartChecklist, and Customer Portal.
• Build Salesforce solutions using Apex, triggers, Lightning Flows, validation rules, and batch processing.
• Manage DevOps processes including Git commits, merges, deployments, and pulls using AutoRABIT to push metadata and RBC through pipelines.
• Implement integrations with Named Credentials, Connected Apps, and platform events.
• Design scalable architecture for commercial and private lending applications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• nCino 201 Certification required.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) certification required.
• Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Flows.
• Experience with AutoRABIT for metadata deployment.
• Strong Git and DevOps workflow proficiency.
• Understanding of commercial or private lending domains.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce PD2 certification.
• Experience with Approval Processes and platform events.
