Description

You will design and build nCino solutions for commercial and private lending environments, owning the full development lifecycle from architecture to deployment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop nCino functionality including UI, product hierarchy, collateral, credit UW, Docman, SmartChecklist, and Customer Portal.
• Build and maintain Salesforce components using Flows, Apex, triggers, approval processes, batch processing, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Configure integrations using Named Credentials, Connected Apps, and platform events.
• Manage metadata and RBC pipelines using AutoRabit and execute DevOps processes via Git.

Required Skills

• nCino 201 Certification (minimum requirement).
• Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) Certification (minimum requirement).
• 8+ years of software development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Lightning Flows, validation rules, and Apex coding.
• Proficiency with Git and DevOps workflows.
• Experience with AutoRabit for pipeline automation.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and design principles.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in Commercial or Private lending domains.
