Lead product vision, roadmap, and delivery for solutions on nCino and Salesforce.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and prioritize business requirements with stakeholders across Commercial Lending, Credit, Compliance, and Operations.
• Translate complex business needs into clear user stories and technical requirements.
• Work hands-on with development, QA, and implementation teams to deliver solutions on time.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for nCino, covering LOS, Covenant Monitoring, Spreads, and DocPrep.
• Manage backlog and define success metrics to drive continuous product improvement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development or consulting.
• Hands-on experience in Salesforce environments, including declarative tools.
• Expertise with nCino functionalities, including LOS and Covenant Monitoring.
• Strong understanding of commercial and retail lending workflows and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria using Agile methodologies.
• Managerial experience with a hands-on execution approach.
