Description

Lead the design and development of custom applications and integrations within the nCino Bank Operating System.

Responsibilities

• Design and build custom applications, features, and integrations within the nCino ecosystem.
• Analyze complex business scenarios to select technical alternatives that meet business objectives.
• Implement and manage continuous delivery and the entire release process within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
• Leverage automation to ensure a smooth software development lifecycle with minimal user disruption.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development or DevOps roles.
• Proficiency in Salesforce integration and asynchronous Apex.
• Deep knowledge of the Salesforce platform and DevOps methodologies.
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools such as Copado, ANT, Gearset, AutoRABIT, Flosum, or Prodly.
• Strong understanding of nCino objects, administration tools, and product hierarchy.
• Ability to work effectively in an onshore/offshore working model.
• Salesforce and nCino certifications.
