Description

You will own the quality assurance strategy for nCino implementations, ensuring functional integrity and seamless integration within Salesforce environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scripts for nCino solutions.
• Perform functional, integration, and regression testing on nCino applications.
• Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA, ensuring rigorous issue resolution.
• Validate system integrations and complex workflows within Salesforce and nCino.
• Collaborate with developers and business analysts to define requirements and ensure full test coverage.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in QA testing, with specialized focus on nCino or Salesforce platforms.
• Proficiency in Selenium for automation testing initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with defect tracking tools like JIRA.
• Ability to work effectively in Agile or Scrum environments.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to liaise with stakeholders.
