Bridge the gap between business users and technical teams to drive adoption and optimization of the nCino platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Interface with Structured Finance underwriting teams to identify requirements and categorize them as defects, design decisions, or enhancements.
• Write detailed user stories in Jira to drive enhancement requests through the development lifecycle.
• Act as Scrum Master for select teams, facilitating decision-making, conflict resolution, and impediment removal.
• Establish and record Agile and Scrum best practices while conducting training for new team members and stakeholders.
• Track and analyze team performance using the Atlassian suite, making adjustments based on velocity and burndown metrics.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in business analysis or similar roles.
• Hands-on experience with nCino.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Experience with Salesforce.com Administration.
• Expertise in writing and managing user stories.
• Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency with the Atlassian suite of tools, including Jira.
