Key Responsibilities

• Work on the nCino Commercial Loan Origination System with a focus on implementation and customization
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements
• Design and develop scalable solutions using Salesforce and nCino platforms
• Configure and enhance nCino modules to meet business needs
• Ensure high-quality delivery of development tasks independently

Required Skills

• Core nCino Expertise:
• Minimum 5–8 years of hands-on experience with the nCino Commercial Loan Origination System
• Strong working knowledge of key modules including:
• Loan Processing Stages
• Collateral Management
• Covenant Management
• Change Memo
• Deal Structure
• Product Configuration
• Screen Configuration
• Salesforce Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Apex, Triggers, Flows, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Experience with API development and system integrations
• Professional Skills:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self-driven with the ability to collaborate with customers, gather requirements, and independently manage development tasks

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering solutions on the nCino and Salesforce platforms
