Description

Design, configure, and deliver scalable solutions on the nCino Commercial Loan Origination System and Salesforce platform.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Implement and customize nCino modules, including Loan Processing Stages, Collateral Management, Covenant Management, Change Memo, Deal Structure, Product Configuration, and Screen Configuration.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop scalable backend and frontend logic using Salesforce tools, ensuring high-quality independent delivery of development tasks.
• Design and maintain system integrations and API connections.

Required Skills

• 5–8 years of hands-on experience with the nCino Commercial Loan Origination System.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce development: Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
• Experience with API development and system integrations.
• Knowledge of database management, including MySQL.
• Ability to work independently and manage development tasks from requirement gathering to delivery.

Preferred Skills

• Proven track record of delivering complex solutions on both nCino and Salesforce platforms.
• Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
