Description

Lead technical efforts to align platform services with business needs while reducing operational risk. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of systems by creating detailed diagrams that follow enterprise standards.
• Consult with internal product owners and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Research new technologies and build proof of concepts to establish development standards and guidance.
• Negotiate service arrangements and act as a technical representative to ensure effective platform utilization.
• Communicate complex technical architectures to senior management and stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of experience in software development, security, DevOps, and Cloud technologies.
• Expertise in nCino and low code platforms.
• Advanced proficiency with MessageQueues and API management.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with Visual Studio.
• Background in mobile development libraries.
• Solid understanding of Business Analysis and business process analysis concepts.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience working in a regulated industry environment.
