Description

You will lead performance testing efforts for software applications using NeoLoad.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop performance test scripts using NeoLoad, including custom scripting, parameterization, correlation, and workload modeling.
• Execute performance tests and monitor system behavior to identify bottlenecks, scalability issues, and optimization areas.
• Conduct root cause analysis of performance issues and collaborate with developers to implement improvements.
• Define and implement performance test strategies, methodologies, and best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in performance testing.
• Advanced proficiency in NeoLoad scripting and execution.
• Hands-on experience with API testing.
• In-depth knowledge of performance testing methodologies and best practices.
• Strong understanding of web technologies and client-server architecture.
• Experience using performance profiling and monitoring tools to identify system metrics.
• Ability to analyze test results and generate comprehensive performance reports.

Preferred Skills

• Certified NeoLoad Professional certification.
