Description

Own the execution and documentation of system and performance testing within SAP environments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and maintain functional test plans and test cases.
• Execute detailed system test plans across various SAP modules.
• Diagnose SAP issues in collaboration with stakeholders and recommend solutions.
• Manage defect coordination, tracking all defects to closure in the repository.
• Monitor test progress to ensure timely validation and delivery against expectations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing methodologies.
• Expertise in performance testing, including load, stress, and endurance testing.
• Hands-on experience with NeoLoad or LoadRunner.
• Proficiency in developing and maintaining Test Suites, Test Cases, and Test Data.
• Working knowledge of SAP Application Systems and testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with SDLC and STLC processes.
• Experience mapping test cases to requirements and generating RTMs using tools like HP ALM/Quality Center.
• Experience in at least one full life-cycle SAP implementation project.
