Description

You will create packaging designs based on consumer insights for the Nerf brand.

Responsibilities

• Design logos, iconography, patterns, and character compositions.
• Art direct vendors by providing clear and concise briefs.
• Review work from vendors and junior designers to maintain quality and brand consistency.
• Manage project timelines to meet key delivery dates.
• Schedule and direct lifestyle photo shoots.
• Liaise with internal creative brand peers to gather project context.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional design experience.
• Proven ability to design logos, iconography, patterns, and character compositions.
• Experience art directing vendors and reviewing design work for quality control.
• Ability to manage photo shoot scheduling and direction.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
