You will own the visual identity of Nerf packaging, translating consumer insights into market-ready designs.

Responsibilities

• Create packaging designs, including logos, iconography, patterns, and character compositions.
• Art direct external vendors by providing clear, concise creative briefs.
• Review design work from vendors and junior designers to ensure quality and brand consistency.
• Manage project timelines to meet critical delivery dates.
• Schedule and direct lifestyle photo shoots.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional design experience.
• Proven ability to design logos, iconography, patterns, and character compositions.
• Experience art directing vendors and performing quality control on design work.
• Ability to manage photo shoot scheduling and direction.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
