Description

You will manage database administration and application development across SQL Server and Oracle environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform SQL Server and Oracle database administrative tasks and programming.
• Develop and maintain applications using Microsoft .NET technologies.
• Design, develop, and tune SQL queries, stored procedures, and ETL processes.
• Document existing solutions and identify necessary upgrades or fixes.
• Support multiple development teams with data architecture and performance tuning.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional workplace experience.
• 5 to 8 years of backend software design experience in SQL Server, T-SQL, and stored procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft .NET technologies, specifically ASP.NET, ADO.NET, ASP.NET Core, C#, and VB.NET.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL Server, Oracle, Transact-SQL, and MySQL.
• Hands-on experience with ETL, SSRS, and SSIS.
• Experience with Python and Linux/Unix shell scripting.
• Competency in web technologies including JavaScript, HTML, XML, and VBScript.
• Ability to manage the full software development life cycle from analysis to support.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with DB2.
• AI development experience.
• Project Management skills.
