Description

Develop and maintain full-stack healthcare applications using .NET Core, C#, and Angular. Own the SDLC from design and development to deployment, support, and performance tuning.

You will build responsive UIs with Angular 8+, develop REST APIs and microservices, and optimize SQL Server queries. Collaborate with product owners and healthcare teams to interpret requirements and ensure HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain full-stack applications using .NET Core, C#, and Angular (8+).
• Design, develop, and integrate REST APIs, microservices, and backend components.
• Develop responsive, scalable UIs using Angular, HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript.
• Write optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, and perform data analysis using SQL Server.
• Troubleshoot issues and contribute to performance tuning and system optimization.

Required Skills

• 5–10+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience.
• Strong expertise in .NET Core, .NET Framework, and C#.
• Proficiency in Angular (version 8 or higher), HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript.
• Mandatory healthcare domain experience (payer, provider, clinical systems, billing, or claims).
• Strong SQL Server skills and data modeling knowledge.
• Experience integrating EHR/EMR systems or working with HL7/FHIR standards.
• Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance and PHI data handling.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and DevOps tools.
