Description

Build and support full-stack healthcare applications using .NET Core, Angular, and SQL Server, ensuring HIPAA compliance and integration with EHR/EMR systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using .NET Core / C# and Angular (8+).
• Build and integrate REST APIs, microservices, and backend components.
• Create responsive, scalable UIs using Angular, HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript.
• Collaborate with product owners and healthcare business teams to interpret requirements.
• Manage the full SDLC, including design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

Required Skills

• 5–10+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience.
• Strong expertise in .NET Core / .NET Framework and C#.
• Proficiency in Angular (version 8 or higher).
• Experience building REST APIs and microservices.
• Strong SQL Server skills, including optimized queries, stored procedures, and data modeling.
• Mandatory healthcare domain experience (payer, provider, clinical systems, billing, or claims).
• Understanding of HIPAA compliance, security practices, and PHI data handling.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems or interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR).
