Lead full stack development and manage the offshore team to deliver technical solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate functional and technical requirements into service specifications, class diagrams, and sequence diagrams.
• Develop technical components adhering to project architecture, design patterns, and deployment models.
• Review team code and provide actionable feedback to ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Identify and remove technical impediments to maintain development velocity.
• Lead the offshore development team through hands-on technical guidance.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience in professional software development.
• Proficiency in .NET and Angular.
• Experience with JavaScript and Single Page Architecture/Applications.
• Strong knowledge of Web Services and Microsoft Azure.
• Hands-on experience with Bootstrap, CSS, NPM, and NuGet.
• Proven ability in full stack development and problem-solving.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.
