Description

You will lead the modernization of legacy applications into modern, cloud-native solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web application components using Angular and Node.js.
• Assess and refactor legacy codebases in Java and .NET to improve scalability and performance.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs, integrating with internal and external services.
• Write unit and integration tests, and conduct thorough code reviews to ensure quality.
• Recommend and implement modernization strategies for existing systems.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Expertise with Angular for front-end development, including state management.
• Experience with Node.js and Express.js for back-end services.
• Experience maintaining and refactoring legacy systems in Java and/or .NET (ASP.NET Core preferred).
• Knowledge of databases such as Postgres, Snowflake, Oracle, and SQL Server.
• Familiarity with AWS services (Lambda, ECS, RDS) and cloud-native development.
• Experience with Git and agile development processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing scalable, API-driven systems.
• Background in migrating monolithic applications to microservices or cloud-native architectures.
