Description

Lead the architecture, development, and maintenance of enterprise applications while managing a blended team of full-time and contracted developers.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build custom business applications from the ground up and oversee the full software development life cycle from requirements to deployment.
• Lead ETL and data-centralization processes to support reporting consumption.
• Translate business needs from stakeholders into technical solutions.
• Manage vendor relationships, project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Ensure code quality, security, and performance through regular code reviews.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development and leadership.
• Expertise in .NET technologies.
• Strong experience with relational SQL databases.
• Proven track record managing the full SDLC.
• Experience building and leading ETL projects.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in government or education industries.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and Power BI.
