Description

Lead technical direction and architectural design for HR products and enterprise platforms.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Perform system discovery assessments, gap analyses, and end-to-end data flow evaluations to ensure security, compliance, and reliability.
• Design and execute technical roadmaps, driving DevSecOps practices and mitigating technical debt.
• Provide oversight for architecture changes to ensure alignment with standards, best practices, and CISO guidelines.
• Lead technical decision-making and conduct feasibility studies to evolve architecture models and reference patterns.
• Evaluate vendor deliverables through code reviews, test coverage analysis, and acceptance criteria.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience leading software development teams across multiple platforms and paradigms.
• 5+ years of experience managing large, complex projects with multiple dependencies.
• Expertise in Enterprise Architecture using TOGAF.
• Strong proficiency in .NET Core and C#.
• Hands-on experience with Java and Javascript (including React and Node).
• Experience with Python and Oracle databases.
• Deep knowledge of Software Development Life Cycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in markup languages including HTML, XML, and SAML.
• Experience building and leading globally distributed, remote, mainframe, distributed, and cloud technology teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the public sector or Human Services.
• Experience leading large-scale organizational acquisitions and integration efforts.
