Design and oversee multi-platform application architectures, lead development teams through project lifecycles, and establish technical governance.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead development teams through project planning, estimation, and architectural guidance.
• Establish governance for development processes and enforce technical best practices.
• Manage implementation and ongoing support of multi-platform applications.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to solve complex technical problems and provide architectural recommendations.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in software development and architecture.
• Expertise in OLTP web application development and batch processing.
• Hands-on experience with ASP.NET and Microservices.
• Proficiency with Node.js and AWS.
• Proven experience leading teams and managing project lifecycles.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• 2 years of experience with Blazor framework and MudBlazor components.
• Experience working within customized Agile lifecycles in government agency settings.
