Description

Design and integrate new application systems while enhancing existing complex multi-platform .NET client systems. You will own the full project life-cycle for web-based implementations, from requirements assessment to global system design.

Responsibilities

• Assess technical and business requirements to determine project scope and platform selection.
• Plan and analyze integration across multiple technical platforms and global system designs.
• Review database designs and existing data structures, suggesting necessary modifications.
• Document and teach application structures and functions to Web Application Managers and senior technical staff.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in large-scale application architecture and development using .NET Framework 4.0 or above.
• Proficiency in C#.NET 4.0 and ASP.NET 4.0.
• 5+ years of experience with layered architecture, components, interfaces, and messaging.
• 5+ years of application modeling using UML (Class, Interaction, Sequence, Activity, State, and Deployment diagrams).
• 5+ years of experience with Web Services, XML, SOAP, and object persistence methodologies.
• 5+ years of experience implementing Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) using SOAP, REST, XML, and JSON.
• 5+ years of experience with RDBMS including Oracle, DB2, and SQL, covering tables, triggers, and concurrency models.
• 5+ years of experience in troubleshooting and technical analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with VB 6.0, ASP 2.0, and HTML in web application environments.
