Description

You will develop and enhance applications within an Azure-based environment. You design solutions in collaboration with IT Architecture and management to meet agency requirements. You write, review, and develop application source code following established department standards. You manage the full testing lifecycle, including creating test designs, executing unit and system tests, and debugging. You deploy code using Azure DevOps pipelines and support user acceptance testing and software implementation.

Responsibilities

• Design and build applications in Azure environments.
• Collaborate with IT Architecture to define solutions.
• Write and review source code adhering to department standards.
• Execute full testing lifecycle from unit to system tests.
• Deploy code via Azure DevOps pipelines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years with .NET Framework (4.7.2+) and .NET Core (2.2+).
• Proficiency in C# (7.0+) and ASP.NET MVC 5 or MVC Core.
• Experience with Entity Framework 6.2, LINQ to SQL, and Entity Framework Core.
• Strong knowledge of WCF/Web API and Windows Workflow Foundation 4.
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server 2016.
• 2+ years of Git source control experience.
• 2 years of Azure App Service and Azure blob storage experience.
• Competency in JavaScript, jQuery, CSS 3.0, and Kendo UI Controls.
• Ability to build and release using Azure DevOps pipelines.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree.
