Description

You will lead the development and maintenance of data collection and reporting applications for water allocation and drinking water portals.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable DevOps processes to support large-scale application deployment.
• Automate build and deployment pipelines to reduce manual effort and increase efficiency.
• Optimize code branching, merging, and release processes for seamless deployments.
• Improve code quality and security by integrating automated scanning tools into the development cycle.
• Enhance unit and integration test coverage to ensure application reliability.
• Create and interpret technical design documents and infrastructure dependency maps.

Required Skills

• 11+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL.
• 9+ years of experience with ASP.NET, C#, .NET, Web Forms, and Entity Framework.
• 9+ years of experience with LINQ and Crystal Reports or SQL Server Reporting Services.
• 8+ years of experience with Oracle databases.
• 7+ years of experience with VB.NET and ASP.
• 5+ years of experience providing technical guidance, documentation, and code reviews.
• 4+ years of experience using code quality and security scanning tools.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, HTML, and XML.
• 1+ years of experience with Offline Progressive Web Applications, including Indexed DB and Service Workers.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure components, including servers, networks, and virtual systems.
