Description

You will provide technical support and maintenance for .NET-based applications, ensuring system stability and performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and debug application issues within IIS environments.
• Manage application deployments and monitor system performance.
• Analyze and resolve database-related issues using SQL and RDBMS.
• Utilize scripting languages and schedulers to manage system tasks.
• Document and track incidents using ServiceNow.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application support.
• Expert proficiency in C# and .NET Framework.
• Hands-on experience with .NET MVC.
• Strong knowledge of MSSQL Server and RDBMS.
• Experience with Entity Framework, ADO.NET, or other ORMs.
• Proficiency in Javascript and Jquery.
• Practical experience with Windows operating systems and IIS.
• Experience in debugging and automated testing.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow for incident management.
