Description

You will provide second-level engineering support for complex products and API integrations, resolving break-fix issues and guiding technical teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote or on-site break-fix activities to resolve customer issues and reproduce technical bugs.
• Interface with product support, development, and qualification teams to provide feedback on product performance.
• Provide technical training and advice to front-line support teams, third-party engineers, and customers.
• Support pre-sales teams with product demonstrations and guidance on architectural design and integration.
• Escalate major or recurrent issues and maintain detailed site documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application support or engineering roles.
• Strong programming skills in .NET/dotnet.
• Experience developing or consuming REST APIs using JSON.
• Proficiency with API tools including Postman and Swagger.
• Working knowledge of API gateways, rate limiting, and developer portals.
• Understanding of OAuth2 and API security patterns.
• Advanced troubleshooting and break-fix capabilities.
