Description

You will provide L2/L3 support for applications built on Microsoft technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Investigate and resolve complex issues regarding application performance, connectivity, and functionality.
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes to prevent incident recurrence.
  • Manage application releases, updates, and patches in coordination with DevOps and infrastructure teams.
  • Monitor application logs and access controls to ensure compliance with security standards.
  • Document incidents, resolutions, and knowledge base articles while providing regular health reports to stakeholders.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of experience in application support or similar roles.
  • Proficiency with .NET frameworks.
  • Strong experience with SQL Server.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure environments.
  • Experience managing incidents within defined SLAs.
  • Ability to perform root cause analysis for complex technical issues.
  • Experience with version control and deployment procedures.
  • Degree in any graduate field.

Education

Any Graduate
