You will provide L2/L3 support for applications built on Microsoft technologies.
Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve complex issues regarding application performance, connectivity, and functionality.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes to prevent incident recurrence.
- Manage application releases, updates, and patches in coordination with DevOps and infrastructure teams.
- Monitor application logs and access controls to ensure compliance with security standards.
- Document incidents, resolutions, and knowledge base articles while providing regular health reports to stakeholders.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience in application support or similar roles.
- Proficiency with .NET frameworks.
- Strong experience with SQL Server.
- Hands-on experience with Azure environments.
- Experience managing incidents within defined SLAs.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis for complex technical issues.
- Experience with version control and deployment procedures.
- Degree in any graduate field.
