Description

Provide L1/L2 support for application incidents, service requests, and enhancements while maintaining CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment tools. This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Perform root cause analysis for technical issues and implement remediation strategies.
• Troubleshoot problems and manage the triage and management of tickets.
• Interact with customers to manage expectations and resolve reported issues.
• Support testing activities by creating test data and executing test cases.
• Coordinate software upgrades with third-party suppliers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application support or software engineering.
• Proficiency in C# and ASP.NET.
• Strong SQL skills for database management and querying.
• Experience with LINQ and Entity Framework.
• Front-end development skills including JavaScript, TypeScript (AngularJS), HTML, and CSS.
• Fluency in both Polish and English.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in client and end-user handling.
• Ability to identify and report operational improvements.
