Description

You will provide L2/L3 support for .NET and Java-based applications, ensuring system stability and performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within C#, ASP.NET, Java, Spring, and Hibernate environments.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement fixes to maintain application health.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to resolve complex technical issues.
• Manage and support servers, networks, virtualization platforms, and operating systems including Windows, Linux, and Unix.
• Execute system upgrades, patches, and backups while ensuring infrastructure security and compliance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application support or a similar technical role.
• Proficiency in .NET, .NET Framework, ASP.NET MVC, and Web API.
• Experience with Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on knowledge of Hibernate.
• Strong SQL skills using SQL Server and Oracle.
• Experience with GIT, PowerShell, and Bash scripting.
• Familiarity with VMware and virtualization platforms.
• Ability to manage and troubleshoot Windows, Linux, and Unix operating systems.
