Description

You will provide L2/L3 production support for .NET and Java-based applications, ensuring system stability and performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in C#, ASP.NET, Java, Spring, and Hibernate.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement fixes to maintain application health.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to resolve technical bottlenecks.
• Manage servers, networks, virtualization platforms, and system upgrades.
• Maintain technical documentation, system metrics, and support SLAs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application or production support.
• Proficiency in .NET Framework, ASP.NET MVC, and Web API.
• Experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
• Hands-on knowledge of RESTful APIs.
• Strong SQL skills using SQL Server and Oracle.
• Experience with Git for version control.
• Scripting proficiency in PowerShell and Bash.
• Experience managing VMware virtualization platforms.
• Knowledge of Windows, Linux, and Unix operating systems.
