Description

You will provide technical support for business applications, troubleshoot configuration and connectivity issues, and lead application upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot application and server issues, including bugs, permissions, and browser connectivity.
• Perform impact analyses on production fixes to establish priorities and coordinate product enhancements.
• Lead application upgrades and serve as a technical resource for assigned projects.
• Coordinate product design reviews and system test approaches to verify quality standards.
• Author technical documentation to ensure effective knowledge transfer and resolve technical risks.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience, ideally transitioning from application development into a systems analyst role.
• Technical proficiency with .NET and experience troubleshooting application and server issues.
• Strong skills in Design Review and Product Design.
• Experience with Scenario Testing.
• Ability to perform impact analysis and coordinate product enhancements.
• Proven ability to mentor less experienced staff.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with users and vendors.

Preferred Skills

• Associate or Bachelor's degree.
• At least 3 years of experience specifically supporting applications.
• Experience with application scripting or programming.
