Description

Lead the architectural design and technical implementation of agency financial business systems and their integration with Florida PALM.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into architectural designs and system diagrams aligned with department standards.
• Design, develop, and lead integration testing for software applications using the .NET framework and C#.
• Optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions to manage large datasets and high-volume data integration.
• Manage application deployment using Azure DevOps and CI/CD practices.
• Lead and mentor application developers and database engineers during system construction and remediation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in .NET and .NET Core, including API development.
• 5+ years of experience with DDL and DML T-SQL, including advanced stored procedures, indexes, transactions, and error handling.
• 3+ years of experience in application architecture, technical design, and technical diagramming.
• Proficiency with ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API, and Blazor.
• 3+ years of experience leading, mentoring, and managing teams of developers and engineers.
• Working knowledge of C#, Azure Cloud, and system catalog views.
• 3+ years of experience in data mapping and batch process development.
• 1+ years of experience with Azure DevOps Pipelines and GitHub repositories.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of experience analyzing, cleaning, transforming, and visualizing large datasets.
• 3+ years of experience testing high-volume, complex data integration processes.
