Drive the architecture and technical direction for enterprise software solutions, overseeing development teams and leading design discussions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee enterprise development teams.
• Lead technical design discussions with stakeholders and development teams.
• Estimate project timelines and resource requirements accurately.
• Implement ETL processes utilizing relational databases.
• Guide development using Agile/Scrum and traditional SDLC methodologies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years in Enterprise Software Development Life Cycle.
• Strong, hands-on experience with .NET, C#, ASP.NET, API, and .NET Core.
• 5+ years proficiency in ETL and relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL).
• 5+ years experience with Agile/Scrum and traditional SDLC.
• 5+ years experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Jenkins, Bit Bucket).
• 5+ years experience leading full-time and contract developers.
• 3+ years in a Technical Leadership role overseeing enterprise development.
• 3+ years working with Texas Education Agency (TEA) applications.
• 3+ years experience with Containerized applications.
