Description

You will design and support the architecture for Head-End System products within Smart-Grid solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate technical vision and strategy to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Design, develop, and improve software using design patterns, refactoring, and development best practices.
• Create architectural document artefacts and execute architectural design spikes.
• Mentor development teams on sound design and coding practices through code and architectural reviews.
• Collaborate with Systems Engineering and Product Management to participate in project planning and estimation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software architecture and development.
• Proficiency with .NET and Microservices architecture.
• Experience writing database queries and scripts for Oracle and SQL Server.
• Ability to evaluate third-party software products for integration.
• Experience working alongside Product Management.
• Demonstrated ability to provide accurate estimates for code development efforts.
• Capability to travel to workshops and customer sites as required.
