Description

Lead technical direction for development projects while spending 50% of your time in active development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage overseas software engineers through technical guidance and direction.
• Own development deliverables, including proof of concept work and technical specifications.
• Design and implement financial products and custom web applications using OOAD and SOLID principles.
• Conduct high and low-level design, testing, and issue resolution within an Agile SDLC.

Required Skills

• 10-15 years of software development experience with 5+ years in technical leadership.
• Proficiency in .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, C#, and Entity Framework Core.
• Expertise in Angular 13+ and related JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.
• Strong SQL Server skills and experience with multi-threading and advanced EF concepts.
• Solid understanding of HTML and CSS for building adaptable user interfaces.
• Experience working within Agile SDLC processes.
• Proven ability to perform unit testing, integration testing, and UAT/production support.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Azure development.
• Knowledge of regulatory reporting or capital market applications.
