Description

Lead the architecture and maintenance of .NET-based systems interfacing with hardware and cloud environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain legacy .NET applications interfacing with hardware including cameras, RFID readers, and GPIOs.
• Design cloud-based applications on Microsoft Azure using .NET and PaaS technologies.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and developers to design scalable, reliable solutions.
• Define technical requirements, review deliverables, and plan releases with tech leads.
• Ensure security, availability, and performance of Azure-based applications while conducting code reviews.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Proficient in .NET development using C# and the .NET framework.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure services: App Service, Functions, Storage, and Azure SQL Database.
• Experience in multi-layer system design and microservices architecture.
• Experience developing engineering products that interface with hardware and protocol stacks.
• Familiarity with ReactJS/NextJS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and DevOps tools like Azure DevOps and Git.
• Understanding of containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience leading cross-domain, cross-geography engineering teams.
