Description

Lead technical maintenance, support, and development for existing and new systems in Harrisburg, PA.

Responsibilities

• Apply object-oriented techniques across all development phases.
• Perform code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
• Collaborate with Web and Database Administrators to troubleshoot systems and coordinate deployments.
• Manage work assignments, project scheduling, and research initiatives.
• Develop technical documentation, including unit testing and integration procedures.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with ASP.NET, VB.NET, C#, and JavaScript.
• 8+ years of experience with SQL Server, XML, and SQL Server Analysis Services.
• 8+ years of experience with SSIS and SSRS.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Visual Studio and SQL Server Management Studio.
• Experience with Web Services, IIS, HTML, Microsoft Access, and Crystal Reports.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and SharePoint.
• Experience developing relational and analytical databases.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience working for the Commonwealth of PA or other state government agencies.
