Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee software architectures for new and existing products.
• Lead architectural planning and implementation, aligning with project managers on timelines and risks.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for architectural decisions and challenges.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers in architectural design and reverse-engineering.
• Troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and document resolutions clearly.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in .NET architecture and development.
• Expertise in designing stable and scalable software systems.
• Strong ability to reverse-engineer undocumented or poorly documented legacy systems.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate hardware and software.
• Knowledge of industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
• Proven track record of providing root cause analysis and effective resolutions.
