Description

You will lead overseas engineering teams to design and implement financial products while contributing 50% of your time to active development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage overseas software engineers, providing technical direction and guidance.
• Own development deliverables and create proof of concepts.
• Design and implement technical specifications using OOAD, SOLID principles, and proven design patterns.
• Conduct high and low-level design, development, testing, and issue resolution.
• Analyze customer requirements and user stories to develop technical solutions and document processes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of experience in technical leadership.
• Proficiency in .NET, C#, ASP.NET Core, and EF Core.
• Expertise in Angular 13+, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server and advanced Entity Framework concepts.
• Experience with multi-threading and SOLID principles.
• Hands-on experience with Agile SDLC processes.
• Ability to perform unit testing, integration testing, and participate in UAT and production support.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Azure development.
• Knowledge of regulatory reporting applications or Capital Market applications.
